1. Introduction
Welcome to The District Advertisers. By subscribing to our printed monthly publication, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your subscription, payment, cancellation, and other related services.
2. Subscription Plans & Payments
2.1. Subscriptions are offered on a rolling monthly basis. Payments are made in advance for each publication period.
2.2. We offer the following payment methods:
a) GoCardless – The primary payment method, requiring a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
b) Bank Transfer (BACs) – Available for six (6) to twelve (12) months subscriptions.
2.3. Payments must be received before the publication date to ensure continued service. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of service.
3. Cancellation & Pause of Subscription
3.1. Subscribers may cancel or pause their subscription with a minimum notice period of one (1) month.
3.2. To cancel or pause your subscription, you must notify us in writing via email at info@districtadvertisers.co.uk or through our website.
4. Subscription Price Adjustments
4.1. We reserve the right to increase the subscription price to accommodate rising costs.
4.2. Subscribers will be given one (1) month’s notice before any price adjustments take effect.
4.3. If you do not wish to continue under the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription by providing notice as per section 3.1.
5. Liability & Service Guarantee
5.1. The District Advertisers aims to ensure timely publication and distribution; however, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. We do not guarantee specific placement or prominence of advertisements unless agreed in writing.
6. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
6.1. The District Advertisers reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
6.2. Subscribers will be informed of any significant changes via email or website update.
